This function is intended for inserting links to files into selected record in
the "Notepad", it is called from the menu "Records".."Import file links".
You input the directory, file mask and press the button "Build files list" - then
files list appears in the browse window below. Select those which you need by double
clicking or pressing "Enter". You may also select all ( button "Check all" ) or
remove the selection ( "Uncheck all" ).
